What clients most often ask before we start.
How long does a project take?
Every project has a different scope, so timing varies too. After our first call I send you a written schedule together with the proposal, so you know up front when each stage will be delivered.
How is pricing done?
I don’t sell fixed packages. Once I understand your needs and we’ve agreed on the scope, I prepare a tailored proposal that lists exactly what’s included, so there are no surprise costs later.
How many revisions do I get?
During the design stage we refine the screens together based on your feedback. The number and scope of revisions are stated clearly in the proposal, so you know what’s included from the start.
How does payment work?
I usually work with an upfront deposit and the balance on delivery. For larger projects we can split payments by stage; the details are set out in the proposal.
Do you only design, or do you also build the site?
Both. Alongside design I build sites on WordPress and Shopify, and for custom software and CRM projects I work together with my development teammate.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. I stay with you after launch, offering ongoing support for content updates, new campaign visuals and improvements.
Can we work together if we’re outside Istanbul or abroad?
Of course. I’m based in Istanbul but work remotely with brands across Türkiye and abroad, and we hold our meetings online.
